Reliable Solutions for Community Water Needs 2026

01.

Well #4 Arsenic Treatment

Following the recent re-drilling of Well #4, routine water quality testing identified arsenic levels requiring treatment to remain in compliance with federal drinking water standards. The Board of Directors is actively coordinating the acquisition and installation of an arsenic treatment system to ensure continued delivery of safe, reliable water to all District customers.

The Board will provide updates as this project progresses.

02.

Well House #1 – Water Treatment Annex Room Improvements

The District is obtaining quotes for the reconstruction of the water treatment annex room at Well House #1. This dedicated annex will isolate the corrosive effects of the 10% sodium hypochlorite disinfectant solution from the pumping control system, protecting critical equipment and extending its service life.

03.

Lead Service Line Inventory

As part of a new federal requirement, the District must verify that no lead water service lines remain in use for any customer connection. The District is currently clarifying inspection requirements before beginning the inventory process.
